Woops! It appears that you’ve reached a page which is only accessible to those registered in our course.
If you are enrolled in our course, but despite being logged in you’re seeing this page, it’s almost always due to how your browser is storing “cookies” and/or cached pages. Registered users are asked to perform the following steps before contacting us:
First, try logging in below…
After doing so, if you’re again redirected to this page, please try logging on from a completely different computer altogether. If one is not available, try logging in using a different browser. For example, if you’re using Internet Explorer, try Google Chrome. If you’re using Firefox, try using Internet Explorer, etc. Generally speaking, Google Chrome seems to be the most trouble-free browser for our site users and is the browser we’d most recommend.
If you’re able to log in successfully using a different computer (or browser), then that will confirm that the issue lies within the cache and “cookies” on the original computer’s browser. Clearing them should fix the problem. Although it’s very easy to do, the process does vary from browser to browser.
If you’re not sure how to do this, simply do a “Google” search for “clear cache and cookies for ______” (where the ‘blank’ is the browser you’re using). If you’re not sure which browser you’re using, you can click here to find out. After you’ve cleared the cache and “cookies”, please close out of your browser, re-open it, and try logging on again.
What happens with caching and use of “cookies” is that your computer thinks it’s trying to help you by saving previous versions of web pages, or even remembering login credentials, but sometimes the saved pages and/or credentials cause a conflict. Clearing the cache and any “cookies” will usually fix this problem.
