Our new course delivery format utilizes a custom interface (API) between our website and the video server. This interface records each user’s video activity to ensure that all portions of the videos have been watched before progressing to the respective post-test. After much time and expense, our development team has concluded that there is an inherent issue with Mac OS and iOS (iPhones and iPads) causing these devices to sometimes not recognize that a given video has been watched. When this happens, video playback can be affected and/or the quiz will not open.
Generally speaking, switching to Google Chrome browser will resolve the issue. In other words, using Safari browser is more likely to cause the problem. We therefore ask that if you must use an Apple/Mac device, please use Google Chrome as your browser.
Alternatively, if you have access to and can use a traditional Windows PC, please consider doing so for this course.
