Internet Explorer is well-known for having a number of “bugs” when it comes to playing video content such as that used in our program. For example, some users of Internet Explorer have reported that the YouTube videos in the “Procedures” modules won’t play (while everything works fine for users of other browsers such as Google Chrome).
If you are using Internet Explorer and are having difficulties with playback, please try the following:
In the “settings” bar at the top of the browser, go to Tools and select “Compatibility Mode”.
Also in the settings bar, go to Tools>Internet Options>Security>Custom Level. Scroll down, and under “Miscellaneous”, choose to enable “Display Mixed Content”.
If you continue to experience difficulty after adjusting the settings as described above, please consider using another browser (such as Google Chrome) or try logging in from another computer to see if the problem repeats itself. If it does, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to determine the source of the problem.
