On April 4th, a “bug” was identified in our course software which was allowing some enrolled to skip to opening and completing quizzes before the respective video lesson was watched in full. This has been fixed and was due to an update in our video player API.
As part of this update, those who are resuming a video which was last (partially) viewed on April 4th may find that their progress is not recognized. That is, the website is forcing them to restart that video from the beginning. If you experience this issue, please contact us and we will adjust your account settings so that you do not need to rewatch the entire video from the start. Thank you.
